Sleep is over-rated, right? Well this little Miss thought so! Although we all love those sweet, sleepy, squishy images of newborn babies looking so peaceful, some images are even more precious when we capture great eye contact and adorable expressions!

We were able to lull this sweetheart to sleep for this lovely plum set up. My handmade log bed is always a client favourite and it looks so good with this stretch wrap and matching bonnet! 

The details are the best, especially that sweet little yawn!

When parents don't want to be in front of the camera for the newborn session I at least try to incorporate their hands! This is one image that will always show how tiny baby was from the beginning!
